Our company has a new weaving and textile finishing section equipped with weaving looms SOMET type THEMA SUPER EXCEL, manufactured in 2002, with a 3600 mm width (finished fabric width 3200 mm), with microprocessors and fabric control devices, as well as a modern finishing section equipped with the last generation equipment like:

- SANTA LUCIA DRYING AND THERMOFIXING FRAME,
- JIGGER model VGJ Jumbo with high temperatures for fabric washing, whitening and dying,
- RAMISCH-GUARNIER CALANDER TYPE RGV-370,
- BOTH FACES SINGING (GASSING) COLD WHITENING MACHINE,
- HTP Jigger CELSIUS 143 for pressure washing and dying, manufactured in 2002.

Due to the new machinery that equip the finishing section a remarkable touching of the fabric is obtained by singing the fabric on both faces, calender, water proofing etc.

The warping is carried out on Elitex and Schlafchorst warping machines.

Furthermore, the ready made clothes section is also a section recently modernized and equipped with high productivity machines, automate and semi-automate, make JUKI, PFAFF, DURKOP, ADLER, BROTHER, special machines, button sawing machines, wrapping machines, KRAUS-REICHERT cutting machines etc.

The printing section is equipped with a fabric printing machine with rotary templates in 12 colors, with a maximum printing width of 180 cm, as well as a machine to print in the cut item, carousel type, in 6 colors, make SYNCOPRINT for ecologic bags, towels, T-shirts etc. with a printing area of 50 x 70 cm.
